7 Şubat 2021'de Doğu Güvenlik Güçleri, Belbeis Merkezi'nde ikamet eden 23 yaşındaki vatandaşı / Obadah Maarouf Al-Mughani'yi yasal destek almadan tutukladı.Onu Belbeis karakoluna götürdü.
