لفظ المعتقل "حمدي عبد العال ريان "- 60 عاما- من قرية كفر أيوب - بلبيس، محافظة الشرقية ،أنفاسه الأخيرة بسجن معسكر قوات الأمن المركزي بالعاشر من رمضان، جراء إصابته بفيروس كورونا، وامتناع إدارة السجن عن نقله إلي المستشفي للعزل وتلقي العلاج.ريان هو المعتقل التاسع الذي يفقد حياته خلال هذا الشهر بالاهمال الطبي المتعمد.
