قررت نيابة فاقوس، يوم السبت 5 أكتوبر، حبس 3 مواطنين 15 يوماً على ذمة التحقيقات بتهمة الإنضمام لجماعة أسست على خلاف أحكام القانون والدستور، وحيازة منشورات، وهم:1- إبراهيم السيد صالح، 45 عاماً، تاجر.2- توفيق محمود سالم، 55 عاماً، تاجر.3- أحمد توفيق عبد القادر محمد، 55 عاماً، تاجر.
On Saturday, October 5, the Prosecutor's Office decided to imprison 3 citizens for 15 days pending investigations on charges of joining a group that was established in contravention of the provisions of the law and the constitution, and the possession of leaflets:1- Ibrahim Al-Sayed Saleh, 45 years old, merchant.2- Tawfiq Mahmoud Salem, 55, merchant.3- Ahmed Tawfiq Abdul Qadir Mohammed, 55, merchant.
5 Ekim Cumartesi günü, Savcılık, yasa ve anayasa hükümlerine aykırı olarak kurulan bir gruba katılma suçlamaları ve broşürlerin bulundurulmasıyla ilgili soruşturmayı bekleyen 3 vatandaşını 15 gün hapis cezasına çarptırmaya karar verdi:1- İbrahim Al-Sayed Saleh, 45 yaşında, tüccar.2- Tevfik Mahmud Salem, 55, tüccar.3- Ahmed Tevfik Abdul Kadir Muhammed, 55, tüccar.
