بعد اعتقالهم تعسفياً ،قررت نيابة أبو حمص بالبحيرة، يوم الثلاثاء 10 يوليو، حبس 3 مواطنين بالبحيرة 15 يومًا على ذمة التحقيقات فى اتهامهم بالانضمام لجماعة أسست على خلاف أحكام القانون والدستور، وهم:1- عبد الحليم يونس2- محمد مسعود محمود حميده3- الدكتور سعد الله بريك الشرقان
After their arbitrary detention, the Abu Homs Prosecution decided on Tuesday (July 10th) to detain three citizens in the lake for 15 days in connection with the investigation into accusing them of joining a group established contrary to the provisions of the law and the constitution:1 - Abdel Halim Younes2 - Mohammed Masoud Mahmoud Hamidah3- Dr. Saadallah Brik Al-Sharqan
Keyfi bir şekilde gözaltına alınmalarından sonra, Abu Homs Savcılığı, 10 Temmuz Salı günü, yasa ve anayasa hükümlerine aykırı olarak kurulan bir gruba katılmakla suçlama soruşturmasıyla ilgili olarak gölde üç vatandaşı 15 gün boyunca tutmaya karar verdi:1 - Abdel Halim Younes2 - Muhammed Masoud Mahmud Hamidah3- Dr. Saadallah Brik El-Sharqan
